1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Disco, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

3. Nature of the Service

Disco is a technology platform that:

  • Curates and delivers personalized event recommendations
  • Connects users with event organizers
  • Facilitates ticket purchases

4. User Accounts

You may be required to provide a phone number and verify via OTP. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Event Listings

Event listings are provided by third parties. Disco does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or safety. You attend events at your own risk.

6. Tickets and Transactions

6.1 Platform Role

Disco facilitates ticket purchases but does not own or operate events. The event organizer is responsible for the sale and fulfillment of tickets.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, such as Stripe or similar. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the applicable payment processor terms.

Disco does not store full payment details.

6.3 Pricing, Fees, and Commissions

Ticket prices may include:

  • Base ticket price set by the organizer
  • Service or platform fees charged by Disco
  • All fees are displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, service fees are non-refundable.

6.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by the event organizer unless required by applicable law.

Disco does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for issuing refunds. Disco may assist in facilitating communication between users and organizers.

6.5 Event Changes

Event organizers may modify, reschedule, or cancel events at any time. Disco is not liable for such changes.

6.6 Entry and Attendance

Entry to events is subject to the organizer’s policies. Users must comply with event rules and venue requirements.

Disco is not responsible for denied entry, removal from events, or user conduct.

6.7 Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, Disco reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Recover associated costs where permitted by law
  • Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes with the event organizer.

6.8 Fraud and Abuse

Disco reserves the right to:

  • Cancel transactions suspected of fraud
  • Limit ticket purchases
  • Suspend or terminate accounts

7. Messaging and Communications

You consent to receive messages via WhatsApp, email, or other channels.

8. Referrals

Referral abuse is prohibited. Disco may revoke benefits.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Disco unlawfully or attempt unauthorized access.

10. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Disco or its licensors.

11. Organizer Responsibility

Organizers are responsible for events, compliance, and refunds.

12. Termination

Disco may suspend access for violations.

13. Disclaimers

Disco is provided “as is.”

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Disco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Disco is not responsible for losses related to events, including cancellations, changes, or user experience
  • Disco is not liable for actions of event organizers, venues, or third-party providers
  • In all cases, Disco’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Disco in the 12 months preceding the claim

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Disco from claims arising from your use.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.
